He's not a saint like he appears on MAA screen. pakka commercial but ofcourse he claims there too that hes running the ashram with "losses". how funny. he hardly cares to answer some people there. as people are asking questions, he keeps walking away --- ie if they want an ans, they may follow him, akts like a film star.

i was a staunch bhakta of him, more than you before & I follow 100% of all his teachings. lost respect on him & his system after going to his ashram, thank heavens. ayurweta has helpet me 100000000000 times more than what manthena's system fif.

btw, lankanam frequently is not something ayurweta suggests. you know why you feel weak after lankanam. our system needs glucose for functioning, we only get some 800 kal from honey/lime. remaining 1000 or 1200 or what you may need, your system takes it up from your muscles, that's why it takes a while to get your energies to normal after lankanam. if you repeat this few times, your muscles lose their strength & also your immune system. that's why our parents fear for our health when we fast longer times with just honey/lime.

trust me, i'm saying this from own exp for 3 yrs of following this lifestyle...you may not trust this, i got xure from lot of my probs faster using ayur way than this plus my immunity too gone up, so is my strength.

i came to your blog looking for wart solution for my brother. thank you for that. my 2 cents on this lifestyle.

seethanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9149166323712716808.post-36530610867847604492012-07-31T08:56:17.204-07:002012-07-31T08:56:17.204-07:00When you are on fast, you should not do any exerci...When you are on fast, you should not do any exercises or asanas etc. on fasting day, as you intend to give the body a complete rest. I totally agree with your view that human bodies are different with different resistance powers but i disagree with your example of cows. The same rule applies to cows as well. They too have different bodies and resistance powers and even humans cannot be recognized in the crowd. Therefore that is not the correct criteria of your comparison. Please follow some other of my blogs to understand the concept of Lankanam in a better way. According to the great yoga master BKS Iyengar when you do pranayama and asanas some sort of cosmic energy flows within your nadis or channels. If you practice them when you are sick then this energy also strengthens the infection, virus or bacteria intruded in your body along with our body cells. Therefore it becomes difficult for our body to cure early.Ram Godarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13355725677915316031noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9149166323712716808.post-75050497535306663102010-09-09T08:16:24.606-07:002010-09-09T08:16:24.606-07:00Thanks for sharing your experience. I ignored that, thinking that it may be ok after 3 - 4 days. But when I took her to doctor on Friday (3 Sept) I was surprised to learn that it was Typhoid after a blood test. She was sneezing with running nose & coughing now & then. As I was coming in her contact there was a risk to me but I thought it will not affect me. But to my surprise, I was also caught with cold on Saturday & my nose started running. I felt inconvenience while doing my daily pranayam. She asked me to go to doctor immediately. But I assured her that nothing will happen to me. The next day (Sunday) was my weekly fasting day. I fasted with lemon & honey water as usual. On Monday I felt good although my nose was still running a little. I spent that day as usual with morning pranayam & 6 liters of water a day. On Tuesday it was perfect for me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
